More than 200 runners from across the state of Ohio took to the streets of Baltimore for the 29th annual Baltimore Festival 5K on Saturday, August 7.
Xavier Foehl, sophomore at Walsh University and graduate of Heath High School, won the men’s division with a time of 15:11. His teammate Anthony Toskins, sophomore at Walsh University and Lakewood High School graduate, finished second in 15:32. Cedarville University sophomore and Licking Valley High School graduate Ramen Felumlee took third in the men’s division with a time of 15:33.
Carly Rose, graduate of Cedarville University and Fairfield Union High School, won the women’s division in 19:16. Kelsey Kerscher, Liberty Union High School graduate and Lancaster resident, placed second with a time of 20:40. Gabby Wheeler, Cedarville University graduate and Westerville resident, finished third in 20:57.
All proceeds from the annual race benefit the Liberty Union cross country program.
